The Residence

The Family Bike Residence is located in Marone, on the Brescia side of Lake Iseo.

We offer 16 apartments, each with a kitchen and private bathroom – perfect for families and groups.

Surrounded by nature and just a few steps from the lake, we are the perfect place to relax… all year round!

Everything you need to feel at home: covered garage, equipped bike storage, gym, and laundry included.

Is the residence close to the beach and the town centre?

Yes, the residence is just 250 metres from the nearest beach and 700 metres from the centre of Marone.

Choose the perfect option for you: studios, one-bedroom, and a spacious two-bedroom apartment, all designed to offer maximum comfort and convenience.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of extending until 6:00 PM during the summer season.

Check-out must be completed by 9:30 AM.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome. A €10 daily fee will be applied to the stay as pet supplement.

Can I rent a bicycle?

Yes, bicycles can be rented and delivered directly to the residence through our partners. The residence does not offer an in-house bicycle rental service.

Gli alloggi sono molto belli ed ampi, le stanze sono ben arredate, e fornite di ogni elemento necessario per soggiornare e cucinare, ed è previsto anche uno spazio esterno con tavolo, sedie e sedie a sdraio per il massimo del comfort, oltre a spazi comuni dotati di barbecue e verde. Come il nome suggerisce, la struttura è semplicemente perfetta per chi arriva in bici, prevedendo una rimessa fornita di strumentazione per piccoli interventi e pulizia della bici. La posizione è a due passi dal centro del paese e dal lago. Il personale molto gentile e cordiale.

Consigliatissimo!!! Ci siamo trovati benissimo io mia moglie e il mio bimbo di 2 mesi in questo residence a Marone, a 5 Min dal bellissimo lungolago e dal centro del paese. Appartamento molto grande, pulito, tutto nuovo, ben arredato e con ogni tipo di confort. Accortezze e gentilezza dal personale rari. Sicuramente ci torneremo, non conoscevamo Marone ma ce ne siamo innamorati.

We had a nice stay here. The location is a short walk to the lake and also very close to the city center. Apartment was new, large, clean and comfortable with nice view on lake and with a big balcony apprecited maily by our dog. The lady on reception was very nice, helpfull. Highly recommended!

Family Bike Residence is a great place for an active vacation with family. We stayed there in June with our 6 month old. The apartments were new, very clean and comortable, and the lake-view terrace was great for playing with our little one or enjoying our evening beer. The location is perfect for visiting the beach, strolling through Marone, quick trips to surrounding towns, hiking and cycling.

Kommunikation und Service war hier herausragend. Die Unterkunft selbst war neu, sehr gepflegt und geräumig. Wir hatten sogar große Möglichkeit, unser E- Auto vor Ort zu laden. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt!
