ARRIVAL AND STAY
What time are check-in and check-out at the Family Bike Residence?
Check-in:

Summer: from 3pm to 7pm

Winter: from 3pm to 5pm (until 7pm by prior arrangement)
Check-out: by 10:00 am.
We do not have an evening reception, so please respect the agreed times.
Is parking available and are there charging stations for electric cars?
We have an underground car park with 16 parking spaces (1 per flat), free of charge and subject to availability.
There are 2 charging stations for electric cars (paid service).
Do I need to bring bed linen or towels?
No, bed linen and towels are included.
For stays longer than 7 nights, a free weekly change is provided.
Do children pay the same rate as adults?
Children under 6 years of age stay free of charge.
Cots and high chairs are available on request.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, pets are allowed with a supplement of €10 per day per animal.

No, each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen.

The nearest airport is Bergamo Orio al Serio (Il Caravaggio), about an hour’s drive away.

No, final cleaning is included. We only ask to leave the apartment tidy and to throw away any garbage.

No, parties or events are not permitted.
What are the rules regarding quiet hours and external guests?
